Some new friends introduced me to Copp Brewery and Winery today. I have passed by this place many times on my way home. Our little get together started at 5:00 and went till 8:00 when they closed. I really enjoyed the pale ale that I got when I came in. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. They have many rooms. In some you may be able to get a table by yourself if that's what you want. The food looked very good. I had eaten before I got there so I was not hungry, but one person ordered a specialty hamburger and it made my mouth water even though I was full. Everyone was trying different beers. It truly is an interesting place. It's kind of a hidden gem that you will definitely want to come back to if you try it once. I plan to come back and eat also next time. I would also like to try some of the different beers. They have such an unusual mix of beers I think everyone will find something they like. Happy hour Thursday is wonderful. 4 beers. How can you beat that? I would definitely recommend this brewery / restaurant.

My husband and I and our friends were on vacation in the area and decided to stop by, we're really glad we did. If we lived closer we'd come all the time. It was a cool atmosphere, we liked sitting in the dark speakeasy room. The food was pretty good and at a really decent price. We really liked the beer cheese that came with a pretzel and also the pizzas. I personally enjoyed getting a wine flight because they had so many sweet flavors of wine which is really the only types of drink I like. They were all really good. My favorite was the orange chocolate dessert wine. Our bartender Ron was great too, he was very nice and let us taste some samples. They also have a outdoor little beer garden if you want to eat outside. They did not have live music when we were there, but I did see some information that they do have live music certain nights.

This a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner. Offers a variety of appetizers and food from salads to wraps to smash burgers plus great beer options. My family had dinner and the soft pretzel with beer cheese, bacon cheese smash burger , Swiss smash burger and turkey bacon ranch wrap and all were delicious. The flights of beer and wine is also really good and reasonably priced. One main thing from our experience that I want to highlight is the customer service. The staff was friendly and informative and made our experience even better. It is a place where you seat yourself and order at the bar area when ready and staff is well informed to answer any questions on their good, beer and wine offerings . Highly recommend.

Cool brewery serving micro brewed beers and wine. Went on a Sunday afternoon, so it was not busy. Got a flight of 4 beers to taste, and they were great. Had some appetizers to share, and they were good. Ronnie, the bartender, took us on a tour of the facility. We especially liked the outdoor beer garden and the hidden entrance to the speakeasy!

I can't say enough good things about this brewery and winery! Every beer and wine we tried were absolutely on point. The flights are inexpensive as well as pints and glasses. The fried pickles and chicken wings were fast to come out and great tasting. They have many events throughout the week. We left with 2 64oz growlers and couldn't wait to enjoy them at home. So well worth the visit!!!

The only brewery in a reasonable distance from Crystal River is one that folks should probably take more advantage of. I did a flight of the IPAs, including the orange and blue, jalapeno, Kings Bay, and bourbon blue. Each of them were excellent beers and I was surprised that the jalapeno was my favorite. It is light and vanilla ISH without too much kick. The Philly cheesesteak and tots or excellent. This is a place. I will definitely visit again. 4/12/25 - Another visit. Still 5 stars. Prickly Pear IPA is another smash hit. Smash burger, also.

We stopped in here after riding the Suncoast Trail. My two friends were very happy to find four dollar brews that day. Very cool place with different areas of seating separated from other areas. The decor was really cool also. We got a woodfired pizza. That was really good for a late lunch.

A huge building with lots of different seating areas. There is even a “Speakeasy” with a movable wall for an entrance. There is 16 different kinds of beer and two wines. A very eclectic building that may be in their 3 or 4th different usage. Lots of different areas and rooms including a wine room. Lots of IPAs for those that like them. This is a place to go just to see the different rooms, bars, speakeasy etc. They should have organized tours there.
